Description of Service
The Emergency Response System Grant Program provides funding directly to the providers for the monthly fee.
Goal
To prevent premature institutionalization of an individual by providing funding for Emergency Response System services in the home.
Eligibility
Recipients must meet program guidelines and reside in the 22 county service area of NENAAA. They must demonstrate functional needs as determined by a NENAAA Care Manager.
