Description of service
The In-Home Chore program provides funding for assistance with tasks, such as yard work or snow removal.
Goal
To enable individuals 60 and over to maintain their own home and remain independent by assisting with tasks they may no longer be able to perform.
Eligibility
Recipients must be age 60 or older. A NENAAA Care Manager, taking into consideration their ability to preform tasks, to determine eligibility.

The 22 County service area.
Providers
Providers are contracted by the client and paid by the client. An In-Home Chore grant will reimburse the client up to the monthly contracted amount. Names of providers will be offered to the client.
